ORDER OF REALIZATION

1. Pistons fingers insist out on the press.

2. To put sticks in a plate and to check if they lose shape.

3. 21.014 to install the adaptation in a vice and to spread out against the stop his direction of finger.

4. To install in the same direction the piston for the sign "Front", and also one pierces a spray of oil.

5. To introduce against the stop the finger of direction in a piston opening.

6. A piston finger insists on an opening in the foot in the opposite side of the piston so that his head became up to to an inner edge of the foot.

7. To install the remote capture that corresponds to this type of the motor in the adaptation.

8. To put a few signs of head of stick with the doorknob of thermochrome (Faber-Castell 2815) and to heat it up to the color of a sign it is modified for the color that corresponds to extern color of the doorknob. It means that the head of a stick was heated up to the temperature necessary for a press of finger that is adjusted in the front capture (260-300 °C).

9. To transfer quickly a stick and to put it in the piston in an agreement end. To introduce a finger of piston against the stop.

10. To wait up to the stick one abates and to check the fairness of the connection of the piston with a stick.

11. The sticks in the use of the motor are not exposed to the use, nevertheless, in certain cases, like the interference of the motor, they can lose shape. It can be noticed visually, but there if will be doubts, the sticks can happen and if necessary it will substitute.
