GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

From January of 1987 in the motor 1,8 of dm3 the hybrid ESC II block of a new drawing of the least size settles down.


The unity of control of the motor when 1,8 was installed from January of 1987 in the motor dm3


Removal of the capture of the EEC IV block

THE ESC II BLOCK, MOTORS WITH THE CARBURATOR


ORDER OF REALIZATION
1. To withdraw a negative wire of the accumulator.
2. Desconectar a tube of vacuum (it is specified by an arrow) of the block.
3. To pull out a support of the triangular form of the blockade and to withdraw the capture.
4. To unscrew three screws and the ESC withdraws II block.

THE ESC II BLOCK, MOTORS WITH SYSTEM OF INJECTION OF FUEL

In DOHC and motors V6 2,4 and 2,9 dm3 the block is located of the party of passengers and is available of below of an article box.

ORDER OF REALIZATION
Motors of OHC and V6 2,8 dm3
1. To withdraw a negative wire of the accumulator.
2. To withdraw the finish below the panel in the party of passengers.
3. Desconectar the block and to lower it on a floor of the hall.
4. To withdraw the capture of the block.
DOHC and motors V6 2,4 and 2,9 dm3
5. Desconectar a negative wire of the accumulator.
6. To take the block of a support of the triangular form of interruption of installation.
7. To unscrew a pin of the fixation of the capture and to withdraw the capture.
