GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

It is always necessary to substitute the group of four pistons together with fingers. In case of grindings of necessity of a cylinder it is necessary to grind everything and to substitute all the pistons together with fingers. The identic diameter also means that they have the identic weight that, to his time, is a condition of the correct balance of the motor.

ORDER OF REALIZATION

1. Pistons fingers insist out on the press.

2. To put sticks in a plate and to check if they lose shape.

3. 21.014 to install the adaptation in a vice and to spread out against the stop his direction of finger.

4. To install in the same direction the piston for the sign "Front", and also one pierces a spray of oil.

5. To arrange the piston in the adaptation so that the arrow in the bottom of the piston addressed ahead.

6. To introduce against the stop the finger of direction in a piston opening.

7. A piston finger insists on an opening in the foot in the opposite side of the piston so that his head became up to to an inner edge of the foot.

8. To install the remote capture that corresponds to this type of the motor in the adaptation.

9. To put a few signs of head of stick with the doorknob of thermochrome (Faber-Castell 2815) and to heat it up to the color of a sign it is modified for the color that corresponds to extern color of the doorknob. It means that the head of a stick was heated up to the temperature necessary for a press of finger that is adjusted in the front capture (260-300 °C).
