Removal

The removal of the motor without transmission is done from a driving compartment through the mechanism that lifts the load. Also there is possible motor does the removal of together with the transmission, nevertheless it is much more difficult as for this objective which debit to install the car in the elevator and through the additional elevator to lower motor together with the transmission down, previously having desconectado and having withdrawn the lowland of interference of unities of the unity of power.

ORDER OF REALIZATION
1. To withdraw a negative wire of the accumulator.
2. To withdraw the protection of a case and a fender.
3. To withdraw a front guard.
4. Desconectar a thread of the opening of a monk's hood of the mechanism of the close of a monk's hood and to take of armbands.
5. To withdraw a monk's hood, previously having observed the provision of knots, for the simplification of the repeated installation and having desconectado a tube of lavador of windshield.
6. To fuse the liquid that cools of the cooling system for what below a cork of drain of an electric heater to substitute the corresponding container and to open the cork of drain it located in the lowest part of an electric heater. For the acceleration of the unloading of cooling the liquid to open a cork of a wide tank. For the unloading of cooling the liquid of the cylinder block to unscrew the pin of drainage located in the cylinder block.
7. To weaken collars and to withdraw tubes of branch and hoses of the system of cooling:
      – top and tubes of branch more basses of an electric heater;
      – hoses of a wide tank;
      – hoses of system of heating of hall;
      – cases of the automatic initial agreement of the carburator.
8. To unscrew four pins of the fixation of the top they dispatch the crossbeam, two pins of two parties in top and two pins lower of the fixation of a support of a crossbeam and to withdraw it together with an electric heater.
9. To withdraw the filter of air.
10. To withdraw the hose of fuel of supply of the bomb of fuel and to deaden it a cork.
11. To withdraw a thread of gas pedal of the carburator.
12. Desconectar an electronic valve of the amplifier of brakes of a collector of entry
13. Desconectar electric wires and to withdraw taken of the next unities and sensors:
      – creator;
      – author;
      – tire base;
      – temperature sensor;
      – sensor of temperature of management of motor;
      – sensor of pressure of oil;
      – the valve eletromagnética in the bomb of fuel of high pressure;
      – union eletromagnética of the supporter;
      – systems of injection of fuel;
      – electric heater of a collector of entry;
      – a wire of high voltage of the roll of ignition;
      – electric heater thermal sensor.
14. To remove of the ignition distributor the distributor of the high voltage together with wires.
15. Desconectar the capture of multicontact of the distributor of ignition.
16. To withdraw the sensor of level of oil.
17. Desconectar a thread of pedal of gas pedal of the carburator.
18. Desconectar fuel and hoses of vacuum, and also electric wires of the carburator.
19. There take away the side a belt and the auxiliary bomb of the system of driving (if it is present at this version). To lift the auxiliary bomb to a hoof of the car through a gentle wire.
20. To unscrew an advanced tube of reception of a final collector.
21. To unscrew collars of the fixation of the stabilizer and to withdraw the stabilizer.
22. To establish таль to stand up of the motor (adaptation 21.068) and to lift the motor, and soon in order that bearers of the motor to unscrew.
23. To unscrew the pins that join the motor to the transmission.
24. Desconectar electric wires and to remove an author.
25. For desconectar they connect a weight of the motor.
26. To withdraw the bearer located between the motor and the transmission.
27. To support the transmission through the corresponding elevator and a wide plank and to lift a little the transmission.
28. Care that has, the mechanism that lifts the load to lift the motor and to separate of him the transmission.
To lift motor at the same time to move it ahead and to turn it in the horizontal airplane to take.

Installation

ORDER OF REALIZATION
1. The installation of the motor is done in the sequence, the return to the removal, at the same time it is necessary to pay attention to some characteristics.
2. Lubrication for oil of shlits of an end of union of the transmission before connection of these knots.
3. During the installation of the union in a pendulum there is necessary the alignment centers a plate of pressure mandrel.
4. If in the connection of the transmission to the motor, the main end of the transmission not to enter in a pressure plate is necessary to become an end of inclination of the motor a little.
5. To establish the new placing of a tube of advanced leak.
6. To fill the system of cooling of the corresponding liquid and to withdraw the air of the system of cooling.
7. To check and in case of the necessity of advanced corner to adjust an ignition, and also motor speed to waste time and concentration with in leak gases.
