GENERAL INFORMATION

The walk of the supporter of the cooling composes on two important parts – unions eletromagnéticas and of friction. The union eletromagnética puts itself in the action for a side belt and revolves in an axle that leans in two loads of ball installed in the influx of a covering of the walk of the mechanism of the distribution of gas. In the foreground of this axle the connection of ball that the union of friction with supporter's blades freely makes spinning is installed. Between unions eletromagnéticas and of friction there is an air slit if the temperature of the motor does not exceed 71 °C. When the temperature of cooling the liquid increases above 85 °C, the sensor installed in an electric heater gives the tension in a brush of contact from coal and, for a contact ring, in the roll eletromagnético. Below the influence of the magnetic field, the union of friction is attracted to an eletromagnético, and the blades of the supporter begin to revolve with a speed of the rotation of a pulley. In the reduction of the temperature of cooling the liquid, the eletroímã desconecta-se, the slit is restored and the blades of the supporter are reduced, revolving only below the influence of a draft and torpor.

For the normal operation of the union the tension of a belt of the walk will be normal, the electric sensor is useful, the coal brush is not used, and a ring of pure contact.

Split between the supporter and the capture of the union – 0,5 mm in the cold motor. Before the check of a slit it is necessary to move supporter's blades, having put the fixation of nuts out. The measurements are executed by the probe in several points in a circle. To execute the agreement it is necessary to weaken countersows of adjusting pins and, making them revolve, establish the necessary slit.
