Removal of the bomb of oil
| ORDER OF REALIZATION |
| 1. To fuse the oil of the motor. |
2. To withdraw the trundle bed of oil. With this finality it follows:
– desconectar a wire of the weight of the accumulator and to withdraw the filter of air;
– to take the covering of superior leaf of an electric heater and desconectar two bearers of an amount of motor;
– to maintain the motor through the elevator (adaptation 21.060);
– to unscrew pins and to withdraw the trundle bed of oil. |
| 3. To unscrew a cork in case of the oil bomb. |
| 4. To unscrew a nut with the very quite warmly dressed opening, to take a lavador; to unscrew a pin of the fixation of the bomb of oil and to take it together with a lavador. |
| 5. To take the bomb of oil of inside the cylinder block. |

Installation of the bomb of oil
| ORDER OF REALIZATION |
| 1. To install the bomb of oil in the cylinder block of the motor so that the conical opening was in his case in front of an opening with a woodcarving of a pin of fixation. |
| 2. To establish a lavador of copper, to hold tight a pin of the fixation of the bomb of oil and a nut with the opening very well wrapped up together with a lavador. |

3. To measure the width of slit between the cork surfaces with a woodcarving and the cylinder block of the motor. |
| 4. To establish a lavador of 0,05-0,10 mm of thickness to supply the slit of corresponding work. |
| 5. To install the trundle bed of oil. |
| 6. To execute other operations in the return sequence regarding the process of the removal of the bomb of oil. |
