GENERAL INFORMATION

The device of electronic actuation also carries out the function of autodiagnoses, warning the driver's fire of a bulb of control on the emergence of the bad functioning of electric chains or elements of antiblockading the system. Besides, another control bulb informs the driver in the reduction of pressure of hydraulic system.

Depending on the type of the bad functioning found by the electronic frenagem of device of actuation of the car it can be normal (without influence of ABS) or with the limited action of ABS – frenagem adjustable only of rear wheels.

ORDER OF REALIZATION
For check of outlines and elements of antiblockading the system there is necessary a multímetro adheres to the capture of multicontact of the device of electronic actuation of antiblockading the system and carrying out the corresponding measurements.

HYDRAULIC OUTLINE


Prevention

The hydraulic outline of the antiblockade of system (ABS) of Teves is below the high pressure. Therefore, before all the operations in the check it is necessary to lower certainly in him the pressure. With this finality it is necessary to put the ignition out and 20 times it will hold tight strongly approximately a pedal of brake until it is "firm".

ORDER OF REALIZATION
1. To lower the pressure in the pressure accumulator.
2. To withdraw the accumulator of pressure.
3. 12.009 joins the manometer of control together with a target at the place of the accumulator of the pressure.
4. The hydraulic accumulator adheres to a target tip.
5. To include the ignition.
6. To check if the pressure increases up to the size of 4-9 MPas quickly.
7. If other adjusts the pressure, then it is necessary to substitute the accumulator of pressure.

Check of time of accumulator that it collects of pressure

ORDER OF REALIZATION
1. To lower the pressure in the pressure accumulator.
2. To join the manometer to press the accumulator (he sees the description in top).
3. To include the ignition.
4. To check the time of the stabilization of the pressure up to the size of 4-9 MPas. This time will be less than 60 seconds.
5. If this condition is not satisfied, then it is necessary to check the functioning of the bomb, a condition of the filter in a tank of fluid of brake, a condition of flexible oil pipelines of the high pressure and tension of connections of a target.

ORDER OF REALIZATION
1. To lower the pressure in the pressure accumulator.
2. To join the manometer to press the accumulator (he sees the description in top).
3. To include the ignition and to wait, for the time being press it is not stabilized.
4. To put the ignition out.
5. To wait for 5 minutes and to define the decrease of pressure during this time. It must not exceed 1 MPa.

Check of tension of a hydraulic outline

ORDER OF REALIZATION
1. To lower the pressure in the system.
2. To join the manometer to press the accumulator (he sees the description in top).
3. Additional manometers adhere to deaerators of both supports of brake of advanced wheels.
4. To include the ignition.
5. To establish the pressure of 10 MPas in an outline, holding tight a pedal of brake through the special adaptation.
6. To define in the manometers pressure they fall during 5 minutes. It must not exceed:
      – in supports: 0,5 MPas;
      – in pressure accumulator: 1,0 MPas.
7. If the pressure decrease is more, then it is necessary to check if there were no stains in connections of hydraulic oil pipelines, and in case of the necessity of substituting the hydraulic knot of the management.

Check of functioning of the sensor of pressure of the electric motor of the hydraulic bomb

ORDER OF REALIZATION
1. To put the ignition out.
2. To lower the pressure in the hydraulic system.
3. To join the manometer to press the accumulator.
4. To include the ignition.
5. To wait before putting out of the motor of the hydraulic bomb.
6. To check the pressure after a stop of bomb (I eat the same again possibly). This pressure will do 17,4-18,8 MPas.
7. To hold tight a pedal of brake.
8. To determine the pressure with which there is a connection of the electric motor of the hydraulic bomb. This pressure will do 13-15 MPas.
9. In case of the non-execution of this condition it is necessary to substitute the sensor of the pressure of the electric motor of the hydraulic bomb.
