Details of the executive mechanism of the brake of emergence

Prevention

The agreement of the brake of emergence is executed after the substitution of shoes of brake of rear brakes, threads of the brake of emergence or the lever of the brake of emergence in a body. In another realization of cases of all the actions of the agreement it is prohibited.

ORDER OF REALIZATION

1. To check if the lever of the brake of emergence is launched.
2. To install the car in the elevator so that behind the wheels hung I lower freely.
	3. Desbloquear a countersow (it is specified by an arrow) the agreements of a thread of the brake of emergence.
4. To unscrew completely a nut of agreement and as much as possible to weaken threads of the brake of emergence.
5. To check if threads and levers in supports without excessive movement of resistance.
6. To pull gradually a thread, when an agreement nut is insisting before the realization of the contact of hints of threads with levers of the brake of emergence on rear supports. The levers must not move.
7. To check if the levers in supports exchanging the lever of the brake of emergence move from the beginning for the second tooth of a latch and a countersow to blockade a nut of agreement.
8. To lower the car.
