Removal

ORDER OF REALIZATION
1. Desconectar the primary and secondary end.
2. To withdraw a ring of the sincronizador of the 4th transfer and the load.
3. To withdraw a wheel of gear of the 5th transfer, a ring of the sincronizador and the load of needle of a secondary end (to see the rice. Removal of a secondary end of a wheel of gear of the 5th transfer, ring of the sincronizador of the 5th transfer and load of needle).
4. To withdraw a spring ring that it adjusts of the sincronizador of 3-4 transfers of another end of a secondary end.
5. To withdraw the knot: the sincronizador of 3-4 transfers, a ring of the sincronizador of the 3rd transfer, a wheel of gear of the 3rd transfer and the load of needle (to see the rice. Removal of a secondary end of the sincronizador of 3-4 transfers, rings of the sincronizador of the 3rd transfer, wheel of gear of the 3rd transfer and load of needle).
Prevention

It is not necessary to dismount sincronizadores in order that all of they to save the correct provision detail.


6. To heat a ring of the load of needle of a wheel of gear of the 3rd transfer for 100 °C.
7. Through two screwdrivers to withdraw a ring of the load of needle of the 3rd transfer.
8. To withdraw a wheel of gear of the 2nd transfer, the load of needle and a ring of the sincronizador of the 2nd transfer (to see the rice. Removal of a secondary end of a wheel of gear of the 2nd transfer, load of needle and ring of the sincronizador of the 2nd transfer).
Prevention

It is not necessary to exchange the position of rings of loads of needle of the 2nd and 3rd transfers.


9. To withdraw a spring ring of lock of sincronizadores of 1-2 transfers.
10. To withdraw the sincronizador of 1-2 transfers, a ring of the sincronizador and a wheel of gear of the 1st transfer, and also the needle load.
Prevention

It is not necessary to dismount sincronizadores not to modify a relative posicionamento of his parts.


11. To put a secondary end out, to withdraw a spring ring of lock of the sincronizador of transfers of the 5th one and a support, to withdraw a wheel of gear of the transfer of a support and the load of needle.

To check

ORDER OF REALIZATION
1. Teeths of wheels of gear and sincronizadores it must not be erose or too worn-out, and the surfaces of teeths must no have aspects of zadir.
2. It is necessary to check if the naves of sincronizadores are erose and if there is his movement without excessive slits and jammings.
3. The needle load must be substituted if there are obvious scratches in a surface or there are excessive slits or the traces of use.

Meeting


Prevention

The sincronizadores of 1-2 transfers, the 5th transfer and transfer of a support are identic, nevertheless it is impossible to exchange their position in the meeting of the transmission.


In the meeting to polish all the elements, specially the rings of the sincronizadores and the load of needle, with the oil that is in use for the transmission.

ORDER OF REALIZATION
1. To install the load of needle and a wheel of gear of the transfer of a support in a secondary end.
2. To establish a ring of the sincronizador and the sincronizador of the 5th transfer and the transfer of a support.
3. To establish a new spring ring of agreement.
4. To become a secondary end and to install the load of needle and a wheel of gear of the 1st transfer.
5. To establish a ring of the sincronizador of the 1st transfer, the sincronizador of 1-2 transfers and a new spring ring of agreement.
6. To establish a ring of the sincronizador of the 1st transfer, the load of needle and a wheel of gear of the 2nd transfer.
7. To heat a ring of the load of needle of a wheel of gear of the 3rd transfer for 100 °C.
8. A secondary end puts a hot ring.
Prevention

The ring of the load of needle has to be inserted deeply in against the stop. In the course of the installation it is necessary to use the new load of needle.


9. After cooling of a ring to install the load of needle and a wheel of gear of the 3rd transfer.
10. To insert the knot of the sincronizador of 3-4 transfers (shorter party) and a new spring ring of agreement.
11. To become an end and to establish a ring of the sincronizador of the 5th transfer, the load of needle and a wheel of gear of the 5th transfer.
12. To establish a ring of the sincronizador of the 4th transfer and the load.
13. To join the secondary and primary end.
