6.2.7. Substitution of a pedal of union

 Removal

ORDER OF REALIZATION
1. Desconectar a thread of union of the lever and a pedal of the union, without withdrawing a thread.
2. Desconectar wires of the switch of light of the brake.
3. To withdraw a spring clip and the expansion they cover of an axle of a pedal of the union.
4. To withdraw a pedal of union was joined.
5. To withdraw of two parties of a pedal of the capture and to take a segment of gear.
6. To withdraw one spring.
7. To withdraw one of the supports of the triangular form of fixation of an axle of latch, to withdraw an axle and a latch with one spring.
8. To clear details of the mechanism and to establish the degree of use.

Installation
ORDER OF REALIZATION
1. To polish an axle of a latch and the sector of gear with the graphite lubricant and to establish in a pedal.
2. To insert the sector of gear with one spring in a pedal and to register two captures.
3. To lift a latch and to turn the sector so that the latch leaned in a smooth surface behind teeths.
4. To establish the spring turning the sector of gear.
5. To establish a pedal of the union with the expansion capture.
6. To join a thread of union.
