6.2.2. Union check

ORDER OF REALIZATION

	1. To check a plate of walk of the union – aspects of development (they are specified by firearms) in the press spring ends will be not more than 0,3 mm.
	2. To check the confidence of the spring connection between a plate of walk and a covering. The existence of scratches and absence or damage of rivets is not allowed (the elements are joined they are specified by firearms).
3. To check a plate of walk for lack of slits, prigar and I use a surface.
	4. Through a sovereign and the probe to check not planeness of a press disc that it will be not more than 0,3 mm (1 – sovereign, 2 – the probe).
5. To measure the thickness of bedcovers of the driven plate of pressure. If the thickness of mistakes of the least admissible to substitute mistakes or the driven disc.
6. To check a thrashing of the driven disc that will be not more than 0,5 mm.
