Removal

ORDER OF REALIZATION

1. To establish a steering-wheel in the situation of the movement straightly.

2. To unscrew a pin of a bearer apertador of a flange of the elastic hinge and desconectar an end of a steering-wheel of a wheel of gear of driving of directing the transfer.

3. To lift the car and to withdraw advanced wheels.

4. To take quiffs and to unscrew nuts koronchaty of spherical hinges of directing sketches.

5. Desconectar sketches of direction of rotary fists of wheels through an artist of streaptise 13.006.

6. To unscrew oil pipelines of the high pressure of the case of the transfer and to fuse the oil of the hydraulic system.

7. To unscrew the oil pipeline of the low pressure of the case of transfer.

8. To unscrew two pins of the fixation of the case of directing the transfer for a crossbeam of a body and taking the transfer of direction.

Installation

ORDER OF REALIZATION

1. To install the case of directing the transfer at the appropriate place and crushing two pins of the fixation of the case of directing the transfer for a body crossbeam.

2. To join hydraulic oil pipelines, establishing the new placing in connections.

3. Direction sketches adhere to rotary wheels fists.

4. To hold tight all the connections screwed the corresponding moments.

5. To establish advanced wheels and to lower the car.

6. To fill out the oil and to withdraw the air of the system of the direction.

7. To check and in case of the necessity of adjusting a disorder / the convergence of wheels.
