Removal

4. To unscrew pins and to withdraw a pulley of the bomb of cooling the liquid. |
| 5. Desconectar to elastic oil pipeline driving to a heater of the bomb of cooling the liquid. |
| 6. To withdraw the elastic oil pipeline of cooling the liquid between the bomb of cooling the liquid and an electric heater. |
| 7. To unscrew three pins of the fixation and to discover a belt of gear. |
| 8. To unscrew three pins of the fixation of the bomb of cooling the liquid and taking completely the bomb. |

Installation

Removal
| ORDER OF REALIZATION |
| 1. To withdraw a weight they connect of the accumulator. |
| 2. For the improvement of the access to the bomb in motors with the system of the injection of the fuel to withdraw an air entry, the camera of the elevated pressure and the filter of air. |
| 3. To fuse the liquid that cools of the cooling system. |
| 4. To take away a belt of driving. |
| 5. To unscrew 4 pins of the fixation of a pulley of the water bomb and to withdraw a pulley. |

6. To substitute the corresponding container below the bomb, to unscrew 5 pins of the fixation of the bomb and to take the bomb. |
|
7. To withdraw a ring of fighter of the bomb (it is specified by an arrow). The ring of fighter of the water bomb of the round section is subject to the substitution. |

In models until the hoses of May of 1990 of cooling the liquid were joined to a covering of the water bomb when as the drawing was shown.
In models from May of 1990 the hose of a heater (A) and a hose of a wide tank (V) are substituted with places.
If the hoses were withdrawn in more advanced models, they will be will be joined repeatedly as in subsequent models, which a heater hose must join to the union B and a hose of a wide tank with the union A. It will reduce the noise of a heater because of the air in the system. MOTORS OF V6

8. To unscrew twelve pins and to withdraw the water bomb. In some models it is necessary to withdraw a pulley of an end of inclination and a quencher of fluctuations tortional from the access to the lowest pins of the fixation of the bomb. |
