11.3.1. Substitution of shoes of brake

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

It is recommended to substitute at the same time all the shoes of brake of both rear brakes in the moment of the realization of the least thickness at least with one of shoes of brake. There are necessary specified mark and type wear shoes of brake.

ORDER OF REALIZATION

1. To weaken nuts of the fixation of rear wheels.
2. To check if the emergence brake is lit.
3. To lift and to register a rear part of the car in supports and to withdraw behind you go round.
4. Desconectar a thread of the brake of emergence of the lever of a rear support of the triangular form of interruption.
	5. To weaken a rear pin of the fixation of a support (it is specified by an arrow) to a bearer, when there is agreeing with a flat key (it is specified by an arrow) the finger of support of direction.
6. To unscrew and to take an advanced pin of the fixation of a support to a bearer, when there is agreeing with a flat key the finger of support of direction.
	7. To raise a support about the bearer (in behind to a fixation pin).
8. To take shoes of brake.
	9. There insists carefully the piston (it is specified by an arrow) on the support cylinder through the grindstone from corresponding wood, installment of attention not to damage an elastic covering of the piston.
10. To check: – condition of a covering of the piston; – condition of a surface of a support; – condition of a disc of brake; – lack of aspects of an effluence of fluid of brake.
11. To establish new shoes of brake.
12. To become a support (in behind to a fixation pin).
13. To insert the protection of plate of the vibration (if it is in use).
14. To hold tight the corresponding pins of moment of the fixation of a support to a bearer.
15. To hook up to a thread of the brake of emergence of the lever of a rear support of the triangular form of interruption.
16. To check it is possible to spin the disc of brake freely in the pedal of launched brake.
17. To establish behind you go round and to lower the car.
18. To hold tight nuts of the fixation of back turns the corresponding moment.
